Plus, the retreat could offer optional rejuvenating activities like yoga, trams, coffee and feeding the ducks — stuff that’s good for you but doesn’t feel like a chore.
The Restorative Retreat would be balanced: enough adventure to feel alive, therapy to nurture your mind, and downtime to let it all sink in. You’d leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and maybe even a little clearer about yourself.
