What to Expect
Arrive on Thursday evening, and then you can leave on Sunday night or Monday morning, whatever is best for you!
Healing Therapy: Three 2-hour individual Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) sessions (one per day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) tailored to address stress, phobias, trauma, or self-discovery. Guided by our expert therapists, these sessions foster clarity and emotional resilience to get recharged.
Creative Expression: Capture your journey with an Artistic Creative Activity, designed to spark inspiration and reflection.
Mountain Scenic Views: View the Rocky Mountains daily as the mountains are within driving distance. You can relax and enjoy the view or pay for a guided hike!
During free time, choose from:
Activities: disc golf, fishing, hiking, miniature golf, roller skating, volleyball, basketball, swimming, or gaga ball.
Optional Add-Ons (extra cost): include massages, axe throwing, archery, aerial challenges, horseback riding, and indoor/outdoor climbing. Our team can arrange these for you!
Downtime Your Way: Explore charming downtown Estes Park, nap in a hammock under towering pines, or join optional rejuvenating activities like yoga, coffee by the lake, or even feeding the ducks.
